Marc Funk

Marc Funk has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Marc is currently the Founder & Managing Director of Frontnow, an AI-SaaS company that applies generative AI to improve revenue for B2C companies. Prior to this role, Marc took a sabbatical to travel and explore the world, meeting inspiring people along the way.

Before their sabbatical, Marc served as the Deputy CEO of Vastani GmbH, a family office investing in clean-tech, fin-tech, and health-tech companies. Marc also took on the role of Geschäftsführender Vorstand at Dynamic Solar Systems AG, a clean-tech company specializing in mass printing solar cells and energy storage.

Additionally, Marc was the Deputy CEO of BDSwiss, a Vastani company that transitioned from a digital Forex/CFD broker to an online asset manager. Marc also founded and served as the General Manager of Getnow New GmbH, an online supermarket delivery service.

Earlier in their career, Marc was the Founder and General Manager of Covus Care GmbH, where they established an online insurance distribution platform. Marc was also the Head of Business Development at Covus, where they developed disruptive online business models and initiated several companies.

Furthermore, Marc has experience in restructuring insolvent and insolvency-close companies as an Analyst at Rasenberger Toschek AG. Marc was involved in operational and financial restructuring, M&A processes, and company liquidations.

Overall, Marc Funk has shown versatility and innovation in their career, leading and founding multiple companies across a range of industries.

Marc Funk completed their education at several prestigious institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in BWL - Management. During the same period, Marc also studied at Esade and earned another Master of Science degree, this time in Finance - VWL. Prior to their time at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and Esade, Marc Funk attended Bedford School where they obtained an IB degree in 2005.
