Aaron Shumaker

Aaron Shumaker has held a number of positions in the financial sector. In 2021, they became Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Q9 Ventures. From 2007 to 2021, they were Co-Founder & Chairman and Co-Founder & President of Frontpoint, a technology company that has won the Virginia Best Places to Work Award for two years running. From 2005 to 2007, they were in Leveraged Finance Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., analyzing, structuring, and marketing leveraged financial instruments. From 2004 to 2005, they were Chief Executive Officer of the Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union, leading the Credit Union through a period in which its asset base grew by 32%.
