Ryan Ford

Ryan Ford has a diverse work experience. Ryan began their career as a Membership Sales Representative at YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh in October 2013 and worked there until April 2014. Ryan then joined IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions as a Senior Account Executive for the University of Pittsburgh from May 2014 to May 2017. In June 2017, Ryan moved to Frontpoint where they held multiple positions. Ryan started as a Product Support Specialist and worked until June 2018. Ryan then became an Account Specialist and worked until September 2019. From September 2019 to March 2020, they worked as a Retention Administrator, ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to prevent account attrition. Ryan is currently employed at Frontpoint as a Senior Compliance Associate, where they interpret and implements regulatory changes, manages documentation and resolves compliance issues.

Ryan Ford completed their high school education at East Allegheny High School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Education. Following this, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration.
