Ty Harmon

Ty Harmon has worked in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition roles since 2018. In 2018, they were a Senior Recruiter Enterprise Technology Services at Robert Half Technology. In 2019, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at INT Technologies, a Human Resources Generalist and (Interim) Human Resources Generalist at GEOTAB, and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GEOTAB. Ty is currently working at Frontpoint as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner since 2022. Prior to their Human Resources roles, they were a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2012-2018.

Ty Harmon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance in Sport Exercise Science, Kinesiology from New Mexico Highlands University between 2008 and 2011. In April 2020, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources from Alison.
