Dalyn Bear

Dalyn Bear is currently a Partner at FrontRunner Technologies and serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Bloom Traditional Tobacco, focusing on the distribution of Indigenous tobacco products across Canada. Previously, Dalyn held the positions of Director of Lands, Taxation, and Infrastructure, as well as Councillor for the Whitecap Dakota First Nation from 2010 to 2020. Dalyn's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology, along with several certifications and degrees related to Indigenous resource management and economics from various institutions.
