Josh Y. has a long and varied work experience. Josh began their career in 2001 as a Project Manager for Tenet Healthcare. In 2005, they moved to the University of Miami where they held three roles including Vice Chairman for Administration, Department of Pathology, Director, Special Programs and Resource Strategy, and Executive Director, Genecure Diagnostic Laboratories. In 2017, they became Partner at Mabloc and Chief Financial & Business Officer at Z-Quick Diagnostics. In 2019, they took on the role of High Value Care Director at hc1.com. In 2021, they joined FrontRunnerHC as VP of Revenue Cycle Strategy & Divisional GM, Strategic Initiatives and Vachette Pathology as Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management Strategy & Growth. Josh is currently Co-Founder and Partner at New Leaf Ventures.

Josh Y. has a High School Diploma from Ransom Everglades School, a BA from Indiana University Bloomington, an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in Healthcare, and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark. Josh also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, a Chartered Public & Financial Accountant (CPFA) from CIPFA, Lean Management Certified, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
