Sarah Melvin

Sarah Melvin has over 22 years of experience in human resources. Sarah currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at FrontRunnerHC, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth for 12 years, where they held various roles including Director of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Manager, and Sr. HR Business Partner. Sarah's career in human resources began at Cambridge Health Alliance in 1999, where they served as the Manager of Employment for over 12 years.

Sarah Melvin attended the University of New Hampshire from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration.
