Jim Maggio

Jim Maggio has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jim recently served as the VP of Development at FRONTSTEPS, where they played a key role in driving the company's growth and identifying new opportunities. Prior to that, they were the Director of Development at FRONTSTEPS for nearly three years. Jim also worked as the VP of Product Delivery at Intuitive Technology, where they provided IT evaluation, consulting, and leadership to major companies. At Cloud Elements, they served as the Director of Commercial Account Management, leading the internal Account Management Team and collaborating across the supply chain to enhance service delivery. Jim has also held various leadership positions at AppIt Ventures, Exadel, Amadeus Consulting, sitTxT, ITX, Bausch & Lomb, and Kodak Polychrome Graphics. Their roles included CIO, Senior Technical Team Lead, and Vice President of Information Technology. Jim's experience includes software development, project management, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Jim Maggio has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Syracuse University. Jim also holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2017.
