John R. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. John joined FRONTSTEPS in 2017 and held the position of Sales Operations Manager until December 2019. In January 2020, they became the Sr. Business Operations Manager. Prior to FRONTSTEPS, John worked at RealPage Inc. where they served as a Business Development Manager, Director of Professional Services, and Sr. Product Manager. Before that, they worked at Zillow as an Account Manager for Rentals and Sales Operations Manager for HotPads.com. John also gained experience at Trinity Management Services as a Corporate Leasing Manager and at Coldwell Banker Commercial as a Sales & Leasing Agent and Associate Property Manager. John started their career at Tellme Networks as a Transcriber. Throughout their career, John has successfully managed operations, developed business strategies, and fostered relationships with clients.

John R. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Menlo College, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended the University of Arizona from 1997 to 1999, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, John R. has earned several certifications. John obtained the Engage Certification, OperationsOS Certification, and RingLead Certification from ZoomInfo in April 2023 and January 2023, respectively. John also achieved the ZoomInfo SalesOS Certification in December 2022. Prior to these certifications, John R. earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in October 2020.
