Wayne Spangler

Wayne Spangler began their career in 1996 at Comcast Cable, where they worked as a Customer Care and Technical Trainer for seven years. In 2003, they transitioned to Compath, taking on the role of Manager of Operations for the Texas Region. Their responsibilities included overseeing regional field operations, customer needs assessment, performance databases, budgeting, training, and customer service. Wayne successfully negotiated new market territories and implemented HR policies and procedures.

In 2004, Spangler moved back to Comcast Cable as a Customer Care Supervisor. The following year, they joined Dish Network as a Business Operations Manager II and stayed with the company for eleven years.

In 2016, Spangler became the Business Owner of NewLine Installations and managed the company until November 2022.
