Shawn Presley

Shawn P. is an experienced professional in customer experience and sales leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at FrontStream since July 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement across North America and Australia. Previous roles include Sales Director and Team Lead for North America Sales at FrontStream, as well as Manager of Fundraising Services and Inside Sales at Globalfaces Direct, where Shawn built a successful Canadian outbound fundraising department. Shawn has also held positions at OutRank by Rogers, Live Acquisitions Inc., TAG, and Cydcor, building expertise in fundraising, B2B sales, and team management. Educational qualifications include a Business Marketing degree from Fanshawe College and a diploma from the University of Maryland.
