Rogério Bessa

Rogério Bessa is currently the COO at Frooty, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they worked in various leadership roles at Coca-Cola FEMSA from 2010 to 2014 and Gerente de Fábrica at Bombril from 2016 to 2019, where they managed significant operations and large teams. With an extensive background in industrial management, they also held several positions at AmBev from 1995 to 2009 and contributed to operational excellence at Polpanorte starting in 2020. Rogério holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNESP and an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
