Our focus: 

Coastal investments:
Between 40-70% of the capital will be related to investments in coastal areas.

Central Norway:
We want to contribute to value creation in Central Norway, so that 10-20% of the capital is expected to be used here.

Property:
10-20% of the capital is expected to be invested in property.

Capital:
To ensure necessary liquidity for future investments, 10-20% of the capital will be placed in liquid positions
