Thomas Seifert

Thomas Seifert currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cloudflare, Inc. since June 2017. Seifert holds board positions at ICEYE and Fruitist, both starting in August 2025, and previously served on the board of First Derivatives from July 2020 to June 2025 and IPG Photonics, where Thomas was Chairman of the Audit Committee, from July 2014 to February 2023. Additional board experience includes CompuGroup Medical SE from January 2018 to June 2020 and roles at Symantec, Brightstar Corp., and AMD, where Seifert held the title of Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and an MA in Economics from Wayne State University.
