Prior experience includes the role of Warehouse Manager (General Manager) at ZTO International UK, where project management and market development were key responsibilities. At HAPPY UK LIFE LTD, Zi Ye was the Director of Business Development, excelling in cross-border e-commerce and strategic branding tailored to the Chinese market. Zi Ye holds a Master of Science in International Retail Marketing from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor's degree in Food Quality with Retail Management from Harper Adams University.
