Alin Stanescu

Alin Stanescu is an experienced LiveOps Manager at FRVR since September 2023. Previously, Alin served as Head of Product at Studio Firefly from November 2019 to August 2023, demonstrating significant achievements such as doubling the Day 30 Lifetime Value (LTV) of users and increasing retention rates by 32% across the first 28 days. Alin also enhanced Ad Daily Engaged Users (DEU) by 51% and managed a team that scaled from 5 to 24 members while overseeing the development processes across multiple departments. Prior to Studio Firefly, Alin held various positions at MindGeek and Electronic Arts, including Producer, Project Manager, and QA Compliance roles. Alin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Communication from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative.
