The company has acquired and rehabilitated more than 5,000 units in 22 multifamily complexes in the Southeast. The company’s current multi-family portfolio includes more than 3,400 housing units located in Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia, including a student housing development in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Recent initiative have included the development of high-end single-family development tracts undertaken by Frye Building Corporation division.
