Sooraj Panday

Sooraj Panday is a Senior Manager in the Investigations and Enforcement Division at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority, where they oversee assessment and preliminary investigation teams. With extensive experience as a Forensic Investigator, they have conducted investigations to determine violations of financial sector laws since 2018. Previously, Sooraj served as Head Control Prosecutor at the National Prosecuting Authority, managing multiple district courts and assisting in complex fraud investigations. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice with Distinction from Henley Business School.
