Thandiwe Malefo is an experienced regulatory compliance professional currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Manager for Insurance Supervision at the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa since July 2019, focusing on ensuring fair outcomes for users of insurance products and services.
