Ada Chen is a seasoned consultant specializing in digital innovation and human resources, currently serving at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) as a Digital Innovation Consultant. In this role since August 2025, Ada focuses on modernizing the auto insurance filing review process using advanced technologies.
