Adrienne Warner, MSc, FLMI, CRM, has an extensive background in financial services and regulatory management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Licensing Approvals at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) since October 2012. Warner has held key roles as Policy Manager for both the Canadian Insurance Services Regulatory Organizations (CISRO) Secretariat and the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR) Secretariat, along with experience as a Market Intelligence Consultant. Prior to FSRA, Warner worked at PPI Advisory as a Policy Service Consultant and held various positions at RBC Insurance, including Business Specialist and Policy Analyst. Early career experience includes roles as Financial Analyst at the Office of Utilities Regulation and Economist/Investment Officer at the Urban Development Corporation. Warner holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and Economics from the University of the West Indies.

Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
