Beata Morris

Beata Morris has a diverse work experience in the financial services and insurance industry. Beata currently holds the role of Director Market Conduct P&C Insurance at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), where they started in August 2023. Prior to this position, they worked at FSRA as a Senior Manager Market Conduct P&C Insurance and Senior Manager - Market Conduct Health Service Providers (HSP). Before joining FSRA, Beata worked at Intact as a Casualty Unit Claims Manager for eight years. Beata began their insurance career at State Farm® as an Accident Benefits Adjuster. Beata also has experience in various roles in the P&C industry prior to joining State Farm®.

Beata Morris obtained a Chartered Insurance Professional degree from the Insurance Institute Canada in 2009. Beata also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto. In 2021, they received an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Cybersecurity from edX. In 2022, they obtained a Certificate in ESG, Climate Risk and the Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
