Dolly Li, CPA, CA, CIA has extensive work experience in the financial services and auditing sectors. Dolly is currently serving as the Director of Credit Union Supervision at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, Dolly worked at Manulife, where they held various senior director and manager roles in audit services, specializing in insurance audits and COO functions. Dolly spent a total of nine years at Manulife, from 2013 to 2022. Before joining Manulife, Dolly worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Assurance for the Financial Services sector from 2007 to 2013.

Dolly Li, CPA, CA, CIA completed their Bachelor's degree with First Class Honors in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University from 2003 to 2007. Dolly then pursued their Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario starting in 2011. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2021.

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
