Elissa Sinha is the Director of Litigation and Enforcement and Deputy General Counsel at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Elissa was a Partner in Commercial Litigation at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from 2003 to 2015 and served as Senior Enforcement Counsel at IIROC from 2015 to 2019. Elissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University, completing the latter in 2002.
