Gina Stephens is currently the Director of Mortgage Brokerage Conduct at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Gina served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Finance for 16 years, from 2007 to 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Academic Advisor at Trinity College, University of Toronto, from 2000 to 2007, and briefly as a Lecturer in the Political Science Department at the University of Toronto in 2006-2007. Gina earned their degree from the University of Toronto between 1999 and 2007.
