Loretta Pan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), a position held since April 2020. In this role, Loretta manages the delivery of FPnA services, aligning with finance department performance measures and FSRA directions. Prior to FSRA, Loretta worked at TD for five years in various roles, including Senior Risk Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst, focusing on IFRS 9 governance and key financial projects. Loretta's career began in accounting at companies such as ARAMARK CORP and Formusa Zuccaro L.L.P. Loretta holds an education from York University, where studies were completed between 2003 and 2006.
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
