Stephane Raby has over two decades of legal experience, having served as Senior Legal Counsel at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) since 2020. Raby previously held positions as Senior Counsel at Travelers from 2011 to 2020 and Legal Counsel at TELUS from 2002 to 2007. Raby also worked as Legal Counsel at TSX Group in 2010 and was an Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP from 2000 to 2002, following their time as an Articling Student at Davies Ward & Beck from 1999 to 2000.
