Tom Arnold, CFA, is currently a Senior Manager at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). With previous roles including Pension Risk Management Consultant and Economic Data Specialist at FactSet Research Systems, Tom has built a diverse background in financial services. Tom also served as a Private Secretary and Manager at the Bank of England from 2016 to 2020, and began their career in Assurance and Business Advisory at PwC. Tom holds a BSc in Economics from the University of York, earned between 2002 and 2005.
