Tyler Kroetsch, FCAS, FCIA, currently serves as the Vice President of the Ontario Mutual Automobile Plan (OMAP) at Farm Mutual Re, where they oversee the Auto product on behalf of the Ontario Mutual Insurance Association. With a wealth of experience in pricing, product development, and analytics, they have successfully built the OMAP department, which serves over 30 independent mutual insurers in Ontario. Tyler is also a board member and treasurer for the Hi Dad Foundation and the Canadian Mothercraft Society, advocating for men's mental health and child development, respectively. They previously held roles at organizations such as Economical Insurance and TD Insurance, focusing on performance management and actuarial functions. Tyler is pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science and Statistics at the University of Waterloo.
