Tina Coates has extensive experience in communications and public relations across various prominent organizations. Starting as Account Director at Lansons Communications from January 1999 to December 2002, Tina progressed to UK External Communications Manager at RSA between January 2003 and May 2007. Tina served as Head of Media Relations, Head of Internal Communication, and Head of Corporate Communications at Nationwide Building Society from November 2009 to December 2012. Following this, Tina became Head of Communication at Metro Bank (UK) from October 2016 to September 2017, and then served as Head of Public Relations for Europe and the Middle East at Hay Group from June 2007 to November 2009. Currently, Tina holds the position of Chief Communications Officer and ExCo member at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme starting from October 2024.
