FSD – Central Agency for PTI

A modern state such as the Federal Republic of Germany does not achieve public service objectives solely by the means of unilateral regulations, but also utilizes private actors. The entrusting for the development and provision of specifications for the Periodic Technical Inspection of road vehicles (PTI) comprises the commissioning of FSD to fulfil public tasks and the transfer of the necessary powers.
