Shiv Seth

Shiv Seth is a Senior Consultant at FSG since April 2021, focused on empowering staffing companies to sustainably hire women from low-income households through effective interventions. Previously, Shiv served as a Consultant at the Chief Minister's Office of the Government of Maharashtra from 2018 to 2021, where significant social sector partnerships were built, resulting in projects amounting to USD 30 million with over 250 partners. As the team lead for Maharashtra’s COVID-19 central control room, key findings were presented to senior officials. In earlier roles, Shiv worked as a Fellow in the Chief Minister's War Room, addressing bottlenecks in major infrastructure projects, and as an Analyst at Avendus Capital, contributing to major M&A transactions. Shiv's career began as an Article Assistant in the audit sector at EY. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation, a Bachelor of Commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, and an ISC and ISCE from Cathedral & John Connon.
