John Campsmith

John Campsmith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the lighting industry. As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Facility Solutions Group since September 2014 and President of NeoLux LLC, a management consulting practice established in May 2012, John has focused on developing strategic and tactical plans for companies. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Cooledge Lighting Inc., General Manager at Philips Wide-Lite and Translite Sonoma, and Area Sales Manager at Lightolier. John holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BBA in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
