FSL Public Finance, LLC is a financial advisory firm which provides financial advisory, swap advisory and debt related consulting services to state and local government and nonprofit clients. Formed in response to yield burning and other abuses in the tax-exempt finance industry, our mission is to provide value-added services consistent with the integrity, honesty, and professionalism that our clients both expect and deserve. We are an independent financial advisory firm and serve only our clients. We do not underwrite, purchase, place or sell securities, nor do we act as principals or counterparties in transactions with our clients.

We have focused segment expertise in the state and local government sector (state agencies, counties, cities, boroughs, townships and school districts and affiliated authorities) and the nonprofit health care and higher education sectors.

We are affiliated with The Stevens & Lee Companies, a platform of multidisciplinary professional services firm. This affiliation gives us a unique ability to provide financial advisory, swap advisory and consulting services.

FSL Public Finance has operated since 2001 and is a member of the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors (NAIPFA), and is a registered municipal advisor with the MSRB and SEC. We pride ourselves on assisting our clients in developing, evaluating and implementing innovative financial solutions that meet their unique financial goals and objectives.
