Laurens C. is currently serving as Legal Counsel and Investigator at the Investigations Office of the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), focusing on domestic and international investigations of potential infringements of financial regulations. Previously, Laurens worked as a Junior Associate at Advocatenkantoor Piet Van Eeckhaut and as a Jurist at Leroy & Partners. Laurens has also held positions as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Antwerp, contributing to academic publications and projects in criminal law. Laurens earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with distinction and is pursuing a Doctorate in Law at the same university.
