Merel Rosiers

Merel Rosiers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and enforcement. Currently serving as a legal counsel at FSMA since April 2014, Merel Rosiers plays a pivotal role in the supervision of company information and enforcement actions. Previously, Merel Rosiers was a member of the Board of EVBFR/AEDBF-Belgium from June 2016 to January 2021 and worked as an attorney at Eubelius from September 2006 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in economic law with a specialization in business law from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Licentiaat in law with a major in economic law from Ghent University, complemented by studies in Swedish language and literature at the same institution.
