Monique Oldenburg is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management with a robust background in high-tech and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Manager Operations at FSO Instruments since April 2025, Monique previously held the position of Head of Engineering at SRON Netherlands Institute for Space Research, where a focus on research instrumentation and aerospace instruments was prominent. As the Founder of Quantify from January 2023 to August 2023, Monique provided solutions for maximizing organizational talent.
