Simba Thomas MBCS has over a decade of experience managing IT and business change projects in the healthcare sector. As a results-driven professional, Simba is known for optimizing processes and delivering time-critical projects. His expertise spans agile/Prince 2 project management, MSP, Business analysis, Business Change, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and ITIL, allowing him to seamlessly integrate multiple disciplines and ensure successful project outcomes.

Simba's roles have ranged from Digital transformation Lead, Agile Project Lead and Covid Work-stream Lead to Covid Programme Manager and Business Analyst, each contributing to his deep understanding of Project management and Business analysis. He has successfully managed large-scale initiatives, such as NHS England's Covid response program and deployment of various NHS applications ensuring timely delivery of services and enhancing healthcare efficiencies. His commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making has been evident in every role, making him a reliable and effective leader in the healthcare and IT sectors. Simba is also passionate about digital transformation and will be embarking on his PhD journey in September 2024 to research in this area.
