Ajay Koul

Ajay Koul currently serves as the Business Head at Financial Software & Systems (P) Ltd, a role held since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of ATM services to major public sector and leading private sector banks, managing pre-deployment, deployment, and customer service in accordance with Service Level Agreements, and handling the profitability and loss of 6000 ATM units. Prior to this position, Ajay Koul was a Service Delivery Leader at FIS from May 2011 to April 2015, leading the MOF project which involved managing sourcing, deployment, customer relationships, and post-deployment services. Ajay Koul’s earlier experience includes serving as an Account Delivery Manager at Intarvo Technologies from November 2007 to April 2010, where technical support was provided for 15,000 rural ATMs with a field team of 150 engineers. Ajay Koul holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from GHS Chowgam, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
