Swapnil Wani is an experienced professional in the IT and customer engagement sectors, currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at FSS since March 2021, focusing on customer engagement and pre-sales. Prior to this role, Swapnil held the position of General Manager at Worldline Global, where management of the issuance business and global product support occurred from October 2017 to October 2020. Swapnil's career includes significant roles at FSS and Fidelity National Information Services, where responsibilities encompassed software management and IT program management in the payments and cards domain. With a solid foundation in software development and project management from earlier positions at Electra Card Services and Sigma Software, Swapnil's academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and International Business from ITM Group of Institutions and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
