Janine Hegetschweiler

Janine Hegetschweiler began their work experience in 2015 as a Student Assistant at retailsolutions, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Personio as a Junior Implementation Manager and remained in that position until December 2019. From March 2020 to June 2023, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Personio. Currently, they are employed by FTAPI Software GmbH as a Product Owner starting from July 2023.

Janine Hegetschweiler completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anglistik at Universität des Saarlandes from 2011 to 2015. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at UC San Diego in 2013. Janine then pursued a Master's degree in Culture and Economy: English Language & Business Administration at the University of Mannheim from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Janine took part in another exchange program, this time at the University of Stavanger. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum.org in January 2021, and they achieved the Product Marketing Certified Core designation from the Product Marketing Alliance in December 2022.
