Utku Özkök is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Corporate Finance at FTG Development since November 2020, Özkök specializes in M&A, valuation, and analytics, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision while evaluating financial feasibility of potential transactions. Prior to this role, Özkök worked at PwC Turkey as an Associate in the Deals department, contributing to over ten valuation and market research projects, and previously completed an internship in valuation and modeling. Özkök co-founded Callnect, a recruitment service leveraging big data for call centers, and has gained additional experience in journalism and treasury through internships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and studies at Università Bocconi.
