Alan Knowlton

Alan Knowlton is an experienced managing director specializing in business turnaround, transformation, and restructuring. They previously held various roles at Alvarez & Marsal from 2015 to 2019, and at Xerox from 2003 to 2005, where they led supply chain and manufacturing initiatives. Alan also served as Global VP of Supply Chain at UMECO LIMITED and as Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at TGS. Currently, they are a managing director at FTI Consulting, focusing on diagnosing and delivering major business transformations. Alan holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Warwick and has completed management training at INSEAD.
