Anne Winter

Anne Winter is a leading health care strategist focused on Medicaid, currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since 2022. They previously held multiple significant roles, including Principal and Managing Principal at Health Management Associates from 2016 to 2022, as well as VP of Policy at UnitedHealth Group from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Anne held the position of Senior Director for Reimbursement and Special Projects at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System from 1998 to 2003 and served as a Health Care Policy Advisor in the Governor's Office of Arizona from 2003 to 2006. Their extensive experience in health care includes key roles at CVS Caremark Corporation and Health Choice Arizona. Anne is currently pursuing education at Arizona State University.
