Bassel Malaeb

Bassel Malaeb is currently a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, specializing in food security, agribusiness, and environmental sustainability. They possess extensive experience in management consulting across the Middle East and GCC, with a strong focus on strategy development and organization restructuring. Previously, Bassel worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, where they developed national labor policies and strategies for major national entities. They began their career at Petrofac as a Graduate Process Engineer, leading teams in significant refinery projects and contributing to the development of technical proposals in the oil and gas sector. Bassel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
