Brian Salsberg

Brian Salsberg is the Global Head of M&A at FTI Consulting, leading the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Group and focusing on all aspects of Transactions and Transformations. They have successfully guided clients through over 100 acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and divestitures. Previously, Salsberg served as a partner at EY-Parthenon, where they were the Global M&A Leader, and as SVP and Global Chief Strategy Officer at Avon. Their earlier career includes roles as a partner at McKinsey & Company and as a corporate transactions attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Salsberg is currently pursuing a JD at Harvard Law School and holds a BA from Cornell University.
