Cecily Gooch

Cecily Gooch is a senior legal and business executive with over fifteen years of in-house experience at both publicly traded and privately held companies. They have served in various leadership roles, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and are currently the Executive Vice President at FTI Consulting, where they advise clients on significant business transformations. Gooch has spearheaded major corporate restructuring efforts, including one of the largest Chapter 11 restructurings in U.S. history, and has a proven track record of guiding organizations through complex regulatory and compliance challenges. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and are actively involved in civic leadership within the Dallas business community.
