Daniel Bunting

Daniel Bunting is a PhD-trained economist and economic modeller who currently serves as a Senior Director and Managing Director at FTI Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in economic analysis and policy advice across various sectors, Daniel has worked with clients in both business and government settings. Previously, they held positions as an economist at the Commonwealth Treasury and a senior economist at ACIL Allen Consulting, among other roles. Daniel's expertise includes economic forecasting, modelling, and advising on complex economic issues such as housing affordability and infrastructure. Their academic background includes a PhD in Economics from UNSW and master's and bachelor's degrees from The University of Queensland.
