Didier Simons

Didier Simons is the Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they specialize in financial restructuring and corporate finance. With extensive experience in investment banking, Didier has held leadership roles at various firms, including Executive Director at Royal Bank of Scotland and Partner at Blue Capital Management and BOLD. They co-founded the Leveraged Finance team at ABN AMRO and have contributed to significant domestic and international transactions throughout their career. Didier holds a Master's in Law from the University of Nijmegen and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.
