Ed Tedeschi

Ed Tedeschi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and lender services. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting since April 2018, Ed has led over 70 securitization deals and provided financial advisory services for strategic buyers and lenders. Prior to this role, Ed served as Managing Director at WeinsweigAdvisors LLC, advising on the multi-billion dollar integration of McKesson Corporation and Change Healthcare Holdings, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Frank Parsons Inc., where responsibilities included managing due diligence for a major asset sale, and earlier roles at FTI Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on financial modeling, turnaround strategies, and accounting issues. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the University of Delaware.
